Store PoliciesTerms: Our prices are f.o.b. our warehouse in California. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We offer terms of net 30 days to firms who have previously established credit. Fax or email your request for a credit application. Returns: In stock, off the shelf items, such as our "Privacy Please Signs" or "non-imprinted" binders/journals/guest books can be returned to us for full credit or refund (your choice). We do not charge a re-stocking fee, however the items must be returned to us within 30 days, in the same condition and in the same cartons in which you received them, and you are responsible for freight, both ways. Binders/Guest Directories/Journals/Guest Books that have been "Personalized" cannot be returned. Samples of our Binders may be "purchased" then returned for refund, provided they are returned within 15 days, in the same condition they were received.
